A flexible process
The compliance process is adapted to the needs of each production. The Content Manager builds his detailed brief and then leads the production team: content producer, quality controller and even the legal team. All actors involved in the production of quality content are coordinated with Veriflies.
Technical controls
The management of technical controls makes it possible to have a great efficiency to define rules that are applied when each digital asset is handed over. Designed for images and videos, the technical controls are regularly enhanced to provide simple and powerful analysis using advanced signal processing algorithms.
Automatic content control
In order to help our customers to carry out more efficiently the quality control of the contents of their images, we imagined a solution which makes it possible to automate it. It is thus already possible to check the following points: sharpness of the image – dimensions of the product in the image – positioning of the product in the image – background quality – real JPEG file quality – and many more upcoming in the future.
For each control, Veriflies determines the acceptance ranges and produces a detailed report for each image checked.
On-the-fly quality check
The assets produced by content producers are checked as soon as they are transferred to Veriflies. All the required technical checks are carried out and the assessment is made in real time: no loss of time. The level of requirement can even be chosen to forbid the deposit of non-compliant assets. The quality is thus guaranteed with respect to the specifications.
Metadata mapping
When Veriflies is connected to a DAM, all metadata available from the DAM is accessible from Veriflies. You inherit metadata fields and their contents: lists, tags and even category trees. All information you provide from Veriflies is automatically retrieved by the DAM.
Advanced notifications
Each action in Veriflies is linked to an event that you can use to trigger custom notifications. An outdated deadline, a non-compliant file or a validation obtained: an Email is automatically sent to the recipient concerned who is immediately alerted.
Internal chat
For faster exchanges, Veriflies has an internal chat. Each user can immediately ask their contact person for clarification, a question or a remark concerning the current production. All exchanges are tracked in the delivery: no more lost emails or misunderstood decisions.
Image and video annotation
Pictures and videos can be annotated in Veriflies. Each user can thus give or receive additional details during the content production process.
Upload related assets
Digital assets can sometimes be connected to other documents. For example, a legal department expect all the digital assets being linked with related copyright contracts. Veriflies is able to create a link between such digital assets, that link being maintained into DAM offering such capability.
Automatic asset renaming
Standardisation of the naming of digital assets is sometimes required for later stages of the publication process. Veriflies offers a powerful naming editor capable of renaming all files submitted by content producers.
Users and role management
Veriflies offers great flexibility for managing users and their assigned roles. Each user can even have several roles simultaneously and switch from one to the other with a simple drop-down list.
User hints
At each step of using Veriflies, users are helped to perform the tasks assigned to them. User hints are designed to tell you what you still need to do to complete the quality control process. You can change activities at any time and find the thread of your work with ease.
